 .  You MUST complete the program and answer the \nsurvey\, print out the \
 ncertificate of completion\, and BRING that with you to the in-person \nsk
 ills assessment session. Upon successful completion\, you will be \nprovid
 ed access to download and print your 2-year certification e-card.1. There 
 is free parking right outside the building.2. You will enter the lobby and
  then go to security and let them \nknow you are here for CPR. You will be
  directed into the board room\, \nwhich is right off the lobby\, behind th
 e security desk.3. Skills Sessions will run approximately 45- 60 mins. 4. 
 Wearing a mask is optional but may be required depending on infectious rat
 es in the community.5. Please note\, although you are entering the hospita
 l you will not \nbe going past the lobby so there is no concern of patient
  exposure on \nthe units or within the hospital.Synopsis: BLS (Basic Life 
 Support) for healthcare \nproviders. Adult\, \nChild\, and Infant CPR. Con
 scious and unconscious choking. Use of \nAutomated External Defibrillator 
 machine (AED). Use of breathing barrier\n devices. New York State now requ
 ires all dentists to maintain CPR \ncertification. This is a two-year cert
 ification incorporating the newest\n information and techniques\, meeting 
 all New York State requirements.Maximum of 10 participants per class (No W
 alk-Ins)The Ninth District Dental Association is an ADA \nCERP-recognized 
 provider approved by the New York State Dental \nAssociation.  ADA CERP is
  a service of the American Dental Association \nto assist dental professio
 nals in identifying quality providers of \ncontinuing dental education.  A
 DA CERP does not approve or endorse \nindividual courses or instructors\,
