 Debate: Save It  or Extract It? provides a comprehensive\, case-based appr
 oach to one of the most critical challenges in clinical practice. Particip
 ants will learn how to systematically evaluate periodontal prognosis using
  diagnostic parameters\, risk assessment\, and the 2017 classification sys
 tem. Through carefully curated cases—attendees will explore when teeth can
  be predictably maintained with regenerative and multidisciplinary therapi
 es\, and when extraction offers a more favorable\, long-term outcome. The 
 program also examines decision-making around implant therapy\, socket pres
 ervation\, and full-mouth rehabilitation. Emphasis is placed on clinical r
