 rson portion is held at The Blythedale Children’s Hospital at 95 Bradhurst
  Avenue\, Valhalla\, NY 10595 (914-592-7555).One week before the in-person
  portion of the course\, the AHA will send you  the online module.  You MU
 ST complete the program and answer the survey\, print out the \ncertificat
 e of completion\, and BRING that with you to the in-person \nskills assess
 ment session. Upon successful completion\, you will be \nprovided access t
 o download and print your 2-year certification e-card.1. There is free par
 king right outside the building.2. You will enter the lobby and then go to
  security and let them \nknow you are here for CPR. You will be directed i
 nto the board room\, \nwhich is right off the lobby\, behind the security 
 desk.3. Skills Sessions will run approximately 45- 60 mins. 4. Wearing a m
 ask is optional but may be required depending on infectious rates in the c
 ommunity.5. Please note\, although you are entering the hospital you will 
 not \nbe going past the lobby so there is no concern of patient exposure o
 n \nthe units or within the hospital.Synopsis: BLS (Basic Life Support) fo
 r healthcare \nproviders. Adult\, \nChild\, and Infant CPR. Conscious and 
 unconscious choking. Use of \nAutomated External Defibrillator machine (AE
 D). Use of breathing barrier\n devices. New York State now requires all de
 ntists to maintain CPR \ncertification. This is a two-year certification i
 ncorporating the newest\n information and techniques\, meeting all New Yor
 k State requirements.Maximum of 10 participants per class (No Walk-Ins)The
  Ninth District Dental Association is an ADA \nCERP-recognized provider ap
 proved by the New York State Dental \nAssociation.  ADA CERP is a service 
 of the American Dental Association \nto assist dental professionals in ide
 ntifying quality providers of \ncontinuing dental education.  ADA CERP doe
 s not approve or endorse \nindividual courses or instructors\, nor does it
