"A Practice Owner's Guide to the Business Side of Dentistry"

Speaker:
Mr. Casey Hiers & Mr. Chad Tothero
                Four Quadrants Advisory

Synopsis:
Do things like debt, poor insurance reimbursements, inconsistent income, tax surprises, and uncertainty about retirement keep you up at night?  Is there a pit in the bottom of your stomach telling you that your practice could be making you more money, allowing you to save more, and ultimately, retire on your own terms?

If you answered "yes" to any of these questions, if you're not willing to settle, then this course is for you.

Discover how everything is linked - cashflow in the practice, at home, retirement, accounting, taxes, overhead, investments - and how lacking the right systems and processes can throw everything off.

Learn rules for better cashflow and overcoming poor insurance reimbursements, the ideal account balances that create financial stability and consistency, and how to structure your income to minimize your tax burden and maximize your retirement savings.

Understand the importance of dental-specific accounting processes, why timely reconciliation of your accounts is crucial, and how a more detailed chart of accounts allow you to better control overhead, ensuring you'll never endure another tax surprise again.

Hear real-life success stories about your peers and how the strategies covered in this course have allowed them to become financially stronger without having to dramatically increase production or change their lifestyles.

Recognize that treating the business side of your practice with the same expertise as the clinical side, can make a 7-to-8 figure difference over the course of your career.
