We have a large, established patient base and a busy mix of restorative dentistry, removable prosthodontics, endodontics, extractions/oral surgery, and general care. Compensation is 33% of net collections after applicable lab costs. For a productive, full-time associate, the existing patient volume supports realistic earning potential around $250,000–$300,000+ depending on production. We are also open to an initial guarantee while the doctor gets established.

We are flexible on schedule and do not require you to leave an existing position; one fixed day per week can be a starting point.
