CMS Highlights Open Payments Dispute Resolution Deadline
Per the notice below, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is highlighting the upcoming May 30, 2024, deadline for dispute resolution in the Open Payments Program.

One Week Remaining for Open Payments Dispute Resolution The Open Payments additional 15-day data correction period ends May 30, 2024. This period is dedicated for the resolution of outstanding disputes initiated by covered recipients. It is expected that disputes will be resolved in good faith prior to the May 30th deadline. Payment records with disputes that remain unresolved after May 30th will be published as disputed. The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) does not mediate disputes. It is important to work directly with the covered recipient(s) to resolve any disputes. Data Correction Resources
