The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. We have a membership of over 1200 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

In its quest to serve both the public and the profession, the Ninth District embodies the highest ideals.

The mission of the 9^th District Dental Association is to serve and support its members and the public by improving the oral health of our community through Advocacy, Continuing Education and Camaraderie.

Per the notice below, the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) is highlighting the upcoming May 30, 2024, deadline for dispute resolution in the Open Payments Program.

One Week Remaining for Open Payments Dispute Resolution

The Open Payments additional 15-day data correction period ends May 30, 2024. This period is dedicated for the resolution of outstanding disputes initiated by covered recipients. It is expected that disputes will be resolved in good faith prior to the May 30th deadline. Payment records with disputes that remain unresolved after May 30th will be published as disputed.

The Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) does not mediate disputes. It is important to work directly with the covered recipient(s) to resolve any disputes.
