The Health Benefits Education Campaign of the U.S. Department of Labor’s Employee Benefits Security Administration is holding a two-part free Webinar for small and mid-size employers and plan service providers to bring you practical information, helpful tips, and clarification on federal health benefits laws. The Webinar, which will be provided in two parts, will discuss topics including Affordable Care Act market reforms, mental health and substance use disorder parity, transparency in coverage, the No Surprises Act, prescription drug reporting, the prohibition on gag clauses, and compliance tips and tools. Join us to learn more about the federal health benefits laws that apply to your group health plan and get assistance in complying with them.
