The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. We have a membership of over 1500 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

In its quest to serve both the public and the profession, the Ninth District embodies the highest ideals.

The mission of the 9th District Dental Association is to serve and support its members and the public by improving the oral health of our community through Advocacy, Continuing Education and Camaraderie.

Workers' Compensation Webinar Series for Providers

The Workers’ Compensation Board (Board) is pleased to continue its CMS-1500 webinar series for providers. As a reminder, beginning August 1, 2025, the Board will require health care providers to contract with an electronic submission partner (also known as XML submission partner) to submit the CMS-1500 universal medical billing form electronically on their behalf.

Each one-hour session will cover:

  • A brief overview of CMS-1500
  • The significant benefits of electronic submission
  • Currently available submission partners
  • The submission process

The sessions are free and there will be time at the end for questions. Register here.
