Welcome to the Ninth District Dental Association

The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. We have a membership of over 1200 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

In its quest to serve both the public and the profession, the Ninth District embodies the highest ideals.

The mission of the 9th District Dental Association is to serve and support its members and the public by improving the oral health of our community through Advocacy, Continuing Education and Camaraderie.

AHRQ Launches Quality Indicators Software Repository

Per the notice below, the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality (AHRQ) has launched a Quality Indicators Software Repository as an open source tool.

AHRQ is excited to announce the launch of its Quality Indicators Software Repository, an open-source community designed to foster collaboration, innovation, and improvements to the programming code used to calculate the AHRQ Quality Indicators (QIs).

Key Highlights:

  • The repository will be a dedicated space for users to collaborate and share knowledge about programming code used to calculate the AHRQ QIs.
  • Users can suggest improvements, submit code modifications, and contribute to measure refinements.
  • The platform will serve as a hub for discussions, information exchange, and cross-collaboration for users of the AHRQ QI.
