The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. We have a membership of over 1500 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

The Division of Corporations, State Records, and Uniform Commercial Code is responsible for filing, maintaining, and providing the public with access to public records. If you are seeking to do business in New York, you must file with the Department of State. Certificates of Status on such entities may also be obtained here. Existing domestic and authorized foreign corporations and other business entities may update their status or amend their records on file with the Department of State by filing documents such as certificates of amendment, certificates of merger, and certificates of dissolution.
