The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. We have a membership of over 1500 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

In its quest to serve both the public and the profession, the Ninth District embodies the highest ideals.

New York State Workers’ Compensation Board Announces 2026 Assessment Rate

October 30, 2025

Pursuant to WCL §151, the Chair of the New York State Workers' Compensation Board (Board) shall annually establish an assessment rate for all employers by November 1 of each year, to be effective January 1 of the subsequent calendar year. For calendar year 2026, the rate shall be 7.0% of the standard premium or premium equivalent.
