The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. We have a membership of over 1500 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

This course is recommended for Dentists, Hygienists, Assistants, Students, Educators, Nurses & Doctors.
Please note: This course fulfills the New York State one-time Oral Cancer training requirement for newly licensed dentists. This is not a new or recurring CE mandate for currently licensed dentists.
Synopsis: The impact of HPV on Oral Cancer cannot be understated. This course will review the clinical, pathological and epidemiological factors of both HPV-related oral cancers as well as those traditionally presenting with a history of tobacco and alcohol use. Relevant emerging medical technologies will be discussed as well.
