The New York State Department of Health (NYSDOH) has issued the 2026 Medicaid Value Based Payment Quality Measure Sets.  The MY2026 Value Based Payment (VBP) Quality Measure Sets are now available on the New York State (NYS) Department of Health Value-Based Payment (VBP) web page.  The MY2026 VBP Quality Measure Sets were reviewed and approved by the VBP Clinical Advisory Groups (CAG) and the VBP CAG Strategy Team as part of the Annual Measure Review Cycle.  Measure sets were compiled in collaboration with the NYS Department of Health’s agency partners, including the Office of Mental Health and the Office of Addiction Services and Supports.  They are located on the VBP Quality Measures tab, under the Measurement Year 2026 *NEW* section.
