The Ninth District Dental Society was formed in 1909 and renamed to the Ninth District Dental Association in 2002. We have a membership of over 1500 dentists in 5 counties: Westchester, Rockland, Dutchess, Orange and Putnam.

In its quest to serve both the public and the profession, the Ninth District embodies the highest ideals.

The mission of the 9th District Dental Association is to serve and support its members and the public by improving the oral health of our community through Advocacy, Continuing Education and Camaraderie.

Join us TODAY, June 23, 2026, at 1:00 PM ET for a live information session about the 2026 Leading Edge Acceleration Projects (LEAP) in Health IT Notice of Funding Opportunity (NOFO).  This NOFO will fund three areas of interest.

➡️ Area 1: Accelerate the use of agentic artificial intelligence solutions in clinical care.

➡️ Area 2: Expand Lantern’s API monitoring capabilities by integrating secure, community-driven feedback that complements existing automated checks.

USCDI+ Sickle Cell Disease Version 1 – Request for Public Input

The draft data elements for USCDI+ Sickle Cell Disease (SCD) Diagnosis and Emergency Care are now available for public comment.  The data element lists aim to improve SCD diagnoses and emergency care and include input from experts and other interested parties.  Please submit all feedback by July 25, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.
