Synopsis:  The Mandated Report Training in Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse and Maltreatment/Neglect is a license requirement for certain professionals in New York State.  This training meets the curriculum requirements for the Mandated Reporter Training that all licensed professionals are required to complete before November 17, 2026.  In includes the addition of guidance on identifying an abused or maltreated child when such child is an individual with an intellectual or developmental disability.
