The addendum to the 2025 Updated Mandated Reporter Training in Identifying and Reporting Child Abuse and Maltreatment/Neglect is an additional license requirement for licensed professionals in New York State. This 1/2 hour webinar can only be taken by those who took Part 1 of the Updated mandate through the 9th, so MUST be registered for by calling or emailing the office. This course meets the curriculum requirements for the Mandated Reporter Training that all licensed professionals are required to complete before November 17, 2026.
This course will cover:
* The rationale for saving "hopeless" teeth.
* How teeth with no clinical crowns can easily be saved without posts, buildups, fancy orthodontics or extensive crown lengthening.
* Why saving many teeth deemed "hopeless" is often superior to placing implants.
* How to make provisionals, and permanent restorations for these teeth that do not fall out.
* Debunk misconceptions associated with impinging on biologic width.
* Demonstrate new treatment options that can be accomplished for patients with a different approach to crown and bridgework.
